At The Beachwaver® Co. ( SARAHPOTEMPA Inc.) we want you to be thrilled with our tools. We want you to look and feel beautiful. We believe in the quality of our tools and test each iron thoroughly. We welcome your feedback and in the event of any problem, we welcome the opportunity to make it right!

If your Beachwaver or Styling Iron has been unopened, or unused you may return your tools within 30 days of receipt. If you are unhappy with your Beachwaver or Styling Iron, please contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions or to arrange a Stylist call. If within the 30 days, you need to return your Beachwaver or Styling Iron, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you. No returns will be processed after the 30 days. The date of receipt is calculated from the UPS delivery date and is recorded on the UPS tracking system.

The Wrap Up, all brushes and combs are not refundable and are excluded from any return or warranty policy.

You must contact Customer Service prior to attempting a return.

All returned items must be shipped exactly as they are packaged, with all accessories included. You must include a copy of the original proof of purchase. You are solely responsible for all shipping costs. The Beachwaver® Co.  will neither reimburse your shipping, nor provide shipping labels.

Your return will be processed and a 15% handling/restocking charge will be deducted from your return. The return processing period is 1-2 weeks.

Any tools opened or used cannot be returned. Unfortunately, due to the nature of hairstyling tools, any tools, brushes, combs or accessories opened or used cannot be returned. We apologize, but as they are personal use items, we cannot process the returns.


All items purchased during the Good Afternoon America segment are non-refundable.  All sales are final.


The Beachwaver® Co.  will replace your Beachwaver or styling iron for one year from the date of purchase (from an authorized reseller) if the product is defective in materials or workmanship. Warranty application is determined in the sole discretion of The Beachwaver® Co. To be eligible for warranty protection, you must register your tool withThe Beachwaver® Co. within 14 days of purchase. You must follow the instructions. If you do not register your tool within 14 days, you are not eligible for warranty protection.

In no event shall The Beachwaver® Co. be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages for breach or this or any other warranty, express or implied, whatsoever.

Any implied warranties, obligations or liabilities, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited in duration to the one year duration of this written limited warranty.

The warranty does not apply in the following scenarios: any unauthorized party opened the product in an attempt to fix the product, normal wear and tears, damage caused by misuse or mishandling, incorrect voltage use, or due to user’s failure. Warranty application is determined in the sole discretion of The Beachwaver® Co. 

To register your hairstyling tool, please email and include the following information:

Your name, address, email and phone number

Your proof of purchase, including date and location purchased. To be eligible for protection under the Warranty, you must have purchased your tools from ( or from an authorized reseller.

Your tool will be registered once you receive a confirmation email from the Customer Service department. You must register your tool within 14 days of purchase in order to be eligible for protection under the Warranty.


Please contact our Customer Service department to process a warranty exchange.  All product WITHOUT a copy of PROOF OF PURCHASE will be considered as out of the warranty period. All product purchased from an unauthorized vendor will be considered outside the warranty period.

The warranty evaluation process takes 2-3 weeks.

In the event your iron is determined to have  a manufacturer’s defect, your iron will be replaced and shipping at SARAHPOTEMPA, Inc. cost. If you iron is not determined to have a manufacturer’s defect, then you may request the iron be returned to you, at your expense.
