I am highly dissatisfied with the Beachwaver S.75. I bought it because the description said it was good for short or fine hair, however it is not. The clamp is entirely too short to hold much hair and the overall design was just complicated to use. Not to mention the cord kept knotting up so badly while using that I kept having to undo it repeatedly. I am also highly outraged that the return policy is very misleading. It states a 30 day return policy however what you aren’t told is that any item on sale or opened is excluded. This is false advertising at its finest. How is one to know if the product works unless they use it?! And just because it was on sale does not mean I should not be refunded back the sale amount it was purchased for. Again, this was a complete and total scam and waste of money. I do not recommend purchasing this product at all.
