If you have questions or are unhappy with your iron, please contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions or to arrange a Stylist call. If within 30 days, you need to return your iron, please contact Customer Service so we can assist you. No returns will be processed after 30 days. The 30 days is calculated from the date of receipt which is based on the UPS delivery date and is recorded on the UPS tracking system.
Due to their personal nature, all Wrap Ups, Half Ups, brushes and combs are not refundable and are excluded from any return or warranty policy.
All returned items must be shipped exactly as they are packaged, with all accessories included. You are solely responsible for all shipping costs. The Beachwaver Co.® will neither reimburse your shipping, nor provide shipping labels.
Your return will be processed and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from your return. The return processing period is approximately 5 business days after your return is received.

REGISTERING YOUR BEACHWAVER CO.® HAIRSTYLING TOOL
To register your hairstyling tool, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
Your name, address, email and phone number
A picture of your receipt or a copy of an email confirmation that shows the name of the Authorized Retailer, the date, and the tool purchased. Your tool will be registered once you receive a confirmation email from the Customer Service department.
The Beachwaver Co.® will replace your Beachwaver® styling iron for one year from the date of purchase (from an authorized retailer) if the product is defective in materials or workmanship. If you experience any problems with your iron after the 1 year period, please let us know. Warranty application is determined in the sole discretion of The Beachwaver Co.® To be eligible for warranty protection, you must register your tool with The Beachwaver Co.® by emailing a picture of your receipt or forwarding an order confirmation to email@example.com
Please contact our Customer Service department to process a warranty exchange. The standard one year warranty replacement processing fee is $15.00 within the United States. All product WITHOUT a copy of PROOF OF PURCHASE will be considered as out of the warranty period. All product purchased from an unauthorized vendor will be considered outside the warranty period. If your iron is over a year old and you’re experiencing any problems, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help you.
In the event your iron is determined to have a manufacturer’s defect, your iron will be replaced and shipped back to you. If your iron is not determined to have a manufacturer’s defect, then the iron can be returned to you upon request.
In no event shall The Beachwaver Co.® be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages for breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied, whatsoever.
Any implied warranties, obligations or liabilities, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited in duration to the one year duration of this written limited warranty.
The warranty does not apply in the following scenarios: any unauthorized party opened the product in an attempt to fix the product, normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or mishandling, incorrect voltage use, or due to user’s failure. Warranty application is determined in the sole discretion of The Beachwaver® Co. In no event shall the Beachwaver® Co. be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages for breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied, whatsoever.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY NEW BEACHWAVER CO.® ITEMS?
Thank you for your purchase, we know you will love it! After your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days and then it goes to shipping. We ship UPS and USPS depending on your order, so you can expect to receive your Beachwaver Co.® items within 2-5 business days after it is shipped depending on where you live. We do not ship on weekends and holidays as our office is only open Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm CST.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you purchase a Beachwaver® from our website, www.beachwaver.com and need to return it, you can do within 30 days, less a 15% handling fee. HOW DO I REGISTER MY WARRANTY?
To register your hairstyling tool, please email email@example.com and include the following information in the email:

2. Your proof of purchase, which can be a picture of the receipt or a copy of an email confirmation. To be eligible for protection under the Warranty, you must have purchased your tools from Beachwaver.com or from one of our many Authorized Retailers who are listed on our website, www.beachwaver.com. Your tool will be registered once you receive a confirmation email from the Customer Service department.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT POLICY?
We offer a 1 year Warranty policy for Manufacturer’s Defects only. This does not include wear and tear or user error. Even after the Warranty has expired we are happy to help you if you are having any problems with your Beachwaver®. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org first for information and instructions.
DOES ANYONE SEE THE INFORMATION THAT I ENTER ON THE SITE TO PURCHASE?
