Love all of my BEACHWAVER TOOLS AND PRODUCTS! You definitely need to give yourself a learning curve when you first begin using the curling tools, so don't get frustrated. Read the instructions. There is a Hi/Lo speed on the Pro series, so keep this in mind and I would definitely recommend making sure it is on the slower speed setting at first until you get use to the iron. The products have wonderful smells to them, each one unique to itself. Like Christmas all year round when purchasing BEACHWAVER TOOLS and PRODUCTS. I've already started my shopping for others, and I get excited every time my "FAVORITE BRAND IS HERE" as my daughter tells me.
