RETURN POLICY

If you have questions, or need to return your product within 30 days of receipt (some exclusions apply*), please contact us here. 

Return shipping fees are not refundable. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit. All returned items must be shipped exactly as they are packaged, with all accessories and any free gifts with purchase included. We recommend that liquid and aerosol hair care products be placed in a sealed plastic bag prior to returning the item. No returns will be processed after 30 days. The 30 days is calculated from the date of receipt which is based on the UPS delivery date and is recorded in the UPS tracking system.

For electronic tool returns only:  Your return will be processed and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from your return. The return/exchange processing period is approximately 5 business days after your return is received. Once received, we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

* EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS
Due to their personal nature, all Wrap Ups, Half Ups, brushes and combs are not refundable and are excluded from any return or warranty policy.

All Flash Sale/Final Sale/BlackFriday/CyberMonday, items are not eligible for return. This includes but is not limited to Deep Dive items, Certified Open Box irons, Hair Care products (shampoo, conditioner, stylers), and Fragrance sold at 50% or higher discount.

We cannot provide refunds or returns for products purchased from other retailers. Only products purchased on beachwaver.com may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

We reserve the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse such as excessive returns, reseller activities or fraud.

At The Beachwaver Co., we want you to be thrilled with our products. We want you to look and feel beautiful. We believe in the quality of our products and test them thoroughly. We welcome your feedback and in the event of any problem, we welcome the opportunity to make it right!

B.BUNGLAOW Vendor Items (clothing, candles, and gifts) 

For B. Bungalow online orders, we accept products that are unworn, undamaged, with the original tags still attached for a full refund or an online store credit. You have 14 days from the order ship date to get a refund or an online store credit. You will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase should you choose to be refunded. Seasonal items, sale items, and discounted items are FINAL SALES. Please note that all apothecary, makeup, haircare, jewelry, swimwear, hats, hair accessories, sale items, and online store credit purchases are final sale. Email nina@beachwaver.com with proof of purchase, order number and reason for return. You will receive an email 48 hours of your request.  We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase.

Late Returns
Any returns received more than 14 days from the ship date are ineligible for return or store credit and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt.
Exchanges
Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund or an online store credit and place a new order.  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at nina@beachwaver.com to process. 
Gifts
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift online credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
