If you have questions, or need to return your product within 30 days of the ship date (some exclusions apply*), please see the links above. Return shipping fees are paid by customer. Shipping fees are never refundable. If you qualified for Free Shipping and your Return brings your order total below the Free Shipping qualifying amount, a $9.99 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. If you qualified for flat rate shipping, the flat rate amount will be deducted from your refund.
Return shipping fees are not refundable. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. All returned items must be shipped exactly as they were received, with all accessories and any free gifts with purchase included. We recommend that liquid and aerosol hair care products, if opened, be placed in a sealed plastic bag prior to returning the item. No returns will be processed after 30 days. The 30 days is calculated from the ship date. Upon our receipt of your authorized return, please allow up to ten (10) business days for refund processing.
* EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS
- All Flash Sale/Final Sale/BlackFriday/CyberMonday, items are not eligible for return.
- Items sold at 30% discount or more are final sale.
- All Deep Dive items and Certified Open Box irons are not eligible for return.
- Due to their personal nature certain items are excluded from returns. This includes but is not limited to all Wrap Ups, Half Ups, brushes, combs, and hats.
- We cannot provide refunds or returns for products purchased from other retailers. Only products purchased on beachwaver.com may be returned or refunded.
- We reserve the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse such as excessive returns, reseller activities or fraud.

For electronic tool returns only: Your return will be processed and a 15% handling fee may be deducted from your return. The return/exchange processing period is approximately 5-10 business days after your return is received. Once received, we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

International Return and Cancellation Policy
Orders placed on Beachwaver.com and shipped internationally (“International Orders”) may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase.
International Orders or personal electronics may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the items remain in their sealed, unopened, original packaging. Once unsealed, items are ineligible for return.
Return shipping fees on returned orders are not covered and must be paid by the consumer.
Duties and shipping fees are not refundable.
Please allow 7-10 days for order processing in all cases.
