WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE?

Our office is open Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5pm, CT. We are closed for holidays and on weekends.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY NEW BEACHWAVER CO.® ITEMS?

Thank you for your purchase, we know you will love it! After your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days and then it goes to shipping. We ship UPS and USPS depending on your order, so you can expect to receive your Beachwaver Co.® items within 2-5 business days after it is shipped depending on where you live. We do not ship on weekends and holidays as our office is only open Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm CST.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY BEACHWAVER CO.® ITEM OR ORDER?

We are here to help. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact customerservice@beachwaver.com and someone will get back to you within 24 hours during business hours.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you purchase a Beachwaver® from our website, www.beachwaver.com and need to return it, you can do within 30 days, less a 15% handling fee. We stand behind our products 100% and have researched every aspect of our tools. If for any reason, you have questions about your purchase, please contact us at customerservice@beachwaver.com. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so we will do everything we can!

 

HOW DO I REGISTER MY WARRANTY?

To register your hairstyling tool, please email customerservice@beachwaver.com and include the following information in the email:

1. Your name, address, email and phone number

2. Your proof of purchase, which can be a picture of the receipt or a copy of an email confirmation. To be eligible for protection under the Warranty, you must have purchased your tools from Beachwaver.com or from one of our many Authorized Retailers who are listed on our website, www.beachwaver.com. Your tool will be registered once you receive a confirmation email from the Customer Service department.

 

WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT POLICY?

We offer a 1 year Warranty policy for Manufacturer’s Defects only. This does not include wear and tear or user error. Even after the Warranty has expired we are happy to help you if you are having any problems with your Beachwaver®. Please email customerservice@beachwaver.com first for information and instructions.

 

DOES ANYONE SEE THE INFORMATION THAT I ENTER ON THE SITE TO PURCHASE?

We guard your privacy very carefully. No one has access to your personal information.
