When will I receive my new Beachwaver®Co items?
Congrats on your purchase, we know you will love it! After your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. We ship UPS and USPS depending on your order, so you can expect to receive your Beachwaver®Co items within 2-5 business days after it is shipped. All orders are processed the following business day. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm EST, except for holidays.
What if I have a question about my Beachwaver®Co item?

What are the hours for Customer Service? From 9-5, central standard time on Monday - Friday. We are closed for holidays and on weekends.
Who are your other authorized retailers?
Please see this list of authorized retailers. Purchases from any other source will not be covered in our warranty program.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products 100% and have researched every aspect of our tools. If for any reason, you have any questions about your purchase, please contact us at CustomerService@beachwaver.com. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, so we will do everything we can! We offer a 1 year warranty policy for manufacturers defects. Follow the link here to view our Return Policy.
How do I register for my warranty?
To register your hairstyling tool, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information in the email:
1. Your name, address, email and phone number
2. Your proof of purchase, including date and location purchased. Include a picture of the receipt or a copy of an email confirmation. To be eligible for protection under the Warranty, you must have purchased your tools from Beachwaver.com or from an authorized reseller.
Your tool will be registered once you receive a confirmation email from the Customer Service department. You must register your tool within 14 days of purchase in order to be eligible for protection under the Warranty.
Does anyone see the information that I enter on the site to purchase?
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally. Note: that our electrical devices are made to work only with the USA outlets and voltage. If you are a customer located in Australia please visit: http://www.beachwaver.com.au/ to purchase Beachwaver®Co products with the appropriate outlet and voltage.
Do the heat styling tools work internationally?
The Beachwaver Pro, Beachwaver S1, Ceramic Flat Iron, Jet-Setter, Mini Touch Up Irons outlets and voltages only work in the USA and Canada. Do not use any device with a converter or adapter.
Do you ship to Canada?
