WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE?


Our office is open Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, CST. We are closed for holidays and on weekends. Holiday response time is up to 5 business days.

Our customer service team is also delayed about 5 days in response time, so please allow us the 7-10 days from your order date before reaching out about tracking. This will allow our customer service team to focus on other issues. 

PLEASE NOTE:


Any free standard shipping promos only apply in the 48 contiguous states - excludes Hawaii and Alaska.

CAN I ADJUST or CANCEL MY ORDER?


After an order is placed, orders can not be adjusted - including shipping addresses and order cancellations - so please check your order details before submitting.

HOW DO I MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTIONS?


It's easy! If you did not create an account on check out, you can create one here. Fill out the form with your name and use the same email address used for your order. When returning you can find the account login on the top right of the website or click here. Log into your account. Press "manage subscriptions."

Only one discount code may be used per checkout. You can not combine offers.

WHAT ARE "CERTIFIED OPEN BOX IRONS"?


Certified Open Box Irons are certified and quality checked irons that are legally considered "used" due to a prior sale and return. Rather than contribute to landfill content, we employ our Quality Assurance Team to ensure these irons are good as new and in full working order. We then sell them to you at a DISCOUNT! These are final sale items, but our 1-year Limited Warranty applies. Please see our Warranty Page for more information.

A "Certified Open Box" iron is a tool that is as good as new. The barrel of the tool (the part that curls your hair) is quality checked to be perfect.  The handle of the tool may have cosmetic imperfections such as a small scratch or a small discoloration on the cord, but are considered in excellent working order.  Each tool has been tested by our Quality Assurance Team. Cosmetic defects, if any, are minimal and do not affect the functionality of the product.

A "Certified Open Box" iron may be shipped in a box or a bag, depending on availability. If shipped in a box, the iron pictured on the box may vary slightly from the iron inside/purchased. Not only do we aim to keep quality, functional tools out of landfills, we aim to do the same with our packaging.

 

DOES THE "CERTIFIED OPEN BOX IRON" COME WITH THE WARRANTY?


Yes! Your "Certified Open Box Iron" purchase is covered by the one-year, Limited Warranty. In the event that your iron has a Manufacturer's Defect within one year of the purchase date, Beachwaver Co. will replace your iron with an equivalent tool. Please contact Customer Service for information and to register for your Warranty. Please see our Warranty Page for more information.

 

WHY DOES BEACHWAVER CO.® SELL "CERTIFIED OPEN BOX IRONS" AT A LOW PRICE?


At times, Beachwaver Co. may sell irons that are cosmetically imperfect and good as new, but at a reduced price. We have two things in mind: 1) YOU! We recognize our Beachwaver brand fans love our products and frequently wish to expand their Beachwaver collection! 2) The environment! We want to help take care of our planet so we try to keep useful products out of landfills. It's a win for all! 

 

WEB ACCESSIBILITY


We are committed to inclusion and strive to increase the accessibility of our website for all of our customers and consumers, as well as to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. All times are estimates and can vary, particularly during holidays. 

*Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and do not include carrier or weather delays. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.  If an order is placed after 5pm, CST, the day does not count as a business day. 

 

Standard 

Our Standard Shipping combines the capabilities of multiple carriers to deliver packages more efficiently. 

This allows packages to arrive on Saturday as well as any other business day. Tracking is available through your confirmation or shipment emails and will indicate the estimated delivery date and the specific carrier and service. 

This shipping method is available for shipments to the contiguous U/S states, Alaska, Hawaii, U/S Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Shipping outside the contiguous U/S states may experience longer transit times and is covered by International Shipping options. 

Premium and Expedited 

This shipping method is available for shipments to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska and Hawaii addresses only. 

This shipping method is not available for PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 

This time may increase due to popular sales, promotions and holidays.   

Occasionally pre-sale promotions are run, and a future shipping date is provided. 

Shipping Restrictions 

Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses.  

Refer to the Shipping details above for available Shipping Methods for your address. 

All orders containing Hazardous Materials have restrictions. See below for details. 

Hazardous Materials 

Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT).  

Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). 

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses. 

All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard and cannot be shipped via Expedited or Premium.  

All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous U.S. states and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses. 

International 

International Shipping varies from country to country.   

Please expect longer shipping times due to country specific customs and carrier requirements.
