Rather than contribute to landfill content, we employ our Quality Assurance Team to ensure these irons are good as new and in full working order. We then sell them to you at a DISCOUNT! A Certified Open Box iron may be shipped in a box or in our packaging made from recycled materials. We are thoughtful about our supply chain and use recycled and recyclable materials whenever possible.
