Please note: Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Expedited orders containing Dry Shampoo, Hairspray, or Mousse are required by carriers to ship ground. The order will be split and a surcharge of $9.99 will be added to cover the ground shipping on the order. These will receive 2 orders and 2 tracking numbers.
Order processing time is currently 7 to 10 business days before you will receive the tracking email. Then it will be an additional 5+ days to deliver.
No order changes will be allowed once you place your order - including shipping addresses and order cancellations, so please check your order details before submitting.
All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items. All times are estimates and can vary, particularly during holidays.
Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and do not include carrier or weather delays. Not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If an order is placed after 5pm, CST, the day does not count as a business day.
