Founder Lisa Richards started the brand ten years ago, as the FIRST salon to offer same day hair extensions with coloring matching, blending and styling. She was determined to find a way to save both time and money on high quality extensions and combined cutting-edge technology with RPZL’s own 100% Virgin Remy human hair to achieve her goal. Two years ago, the brand pivoted from exclusively offering extensions to adding hair accessories and investing in their own factory. Rather than adding more RPZL locations, Lisa found a more creative way to quickly scale and become more profitable—by expanding her product offerings to smaller-ticket items and continuing to offer newness every month. The brand currently has over 250 hair accessories from claw clips, to bows to trending ponytail cuffs.
