I was excited to get this iron . It took almost 2 weeks to arrive. When it did arrive, I plugged it in and it won't stay on. I was able to get one curl in. I push the on button and after 1 second it starts beeping and turns itself off. Am I doing something wrong? I'm waiting for a response from the company. Hopefully a different one will work just fine. Is it me? I want to love this .

I bought my first Pro 1 at Ulta & actually got it on sale. I absolutely love it. I get compliments every day. I would like to buy a new one with a different design. If you don’t have one you need it asap!
